  : Still had to check in at front desk. Digital key access partly works as described in emails. Email said you can do a digital check in and go straight to room upon arrival. I was attending a wedding so this would have been perfect as I was tight on time. If you still have to check in at front desk, don’t advertise otherwise. There was zero air circulation in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. I did not have the time to change rooms if offered due to the timeline of the wedding. There is no complimentary breakfast. And finally, at 9am, a maid knocked once and then immediately entered the room. I was half dressed when this occurred. For the life of me, I don’t know why a maid would enter a room when check out is not until 11am. Even still, it’s not smart to knock once and walk right in. I wasn’t very happy about that. There is only one elevator which is shared by the cleaning crew. The elevator is small and you will wait a good while to go up or down. For $280 total (includes $20 for parking), these issues are unacceptable. This hotel knows they have a good location and could care less about the quality for your dollar. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
