  : While the place was older it was cute, comfy and most of all clean. The location was excellent and it was very quiet & breakfast was wonderful. Over all very welcoming, highly recommended!

  : Love their aesthetic and the homemade jams served at breakfast. Kitchen is fully equipped. It's only a 4-min walk from the Engelstad Theater.

  : Vintage furnishings and surroundings, very friendly staff, good breakfasts freshly made, easy location to drive to Zion National Park. Very good restaurants near by for lunch or supper. Very close to college campus if going to the Shakespeare Festival activities.
  : Lots of stairs to some rooms, could be a problem for someone mobility issues, but ask for appropriate options of rooms

  : This was a charming B&B. The bedroom had a vintage feel to it. Only two blocks from the Engelstad Theatre if you're in town to see a play. Nice breakfast.

  : It was enchanting! The host was pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the setting was lovely.
  : The only reason I didn’t give them a perfect 10 is because I felt that the mattress could have been slightly more comfortable.

  : The location was as advertised.The water was good.Breakfast was okay, if you like red peppers in your scrambled eggs.
  : 1. Management was hard to contact to answer questions during the day. (Except during the breakfast hour)2. The TV in our room was about 17 inches in size. It was across the room from the bed, and couldn’t be seen very well. (It was the size of a computer screen)3. No bathtub and the shower was very small. 4. The shampoo and body wash and soap was so small, it was hardly enough to do the job for one person, let alone two. (Smallest I’ve ever seen!)5. It rained during the night and after the room smelled like cat pee. (It really did)6. The only plugs available to plug in accessories such as chargers were power strips on the floor beside the beds. (Nothing on the tiny night stands)(I hate giving negative reviews, but the above is a truthful assessment, and not exaggerated.)
