  : The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.
  : The two entrances closest to the parking for our rooms did not open with the room key at night and one of them never did. It was continually propped open with a large rock. The staff member we mentioned it to blamed guests for leaving the rock there. But the staff should have been ensuring they monitored it. The place isn’t so big that they couldn’t have kept an eye on that.Besides, if the room key had worked, maybe other guests wouldn’t have needed to crop it open. Ironically, when I asked the staff member about it, he said that door is set not to open with the key for “security purposes”. Nothing secure about that door at all now.Also, the widows and screams in our room were filthy; one of the shades wouldn’t open all the way; the room rugs weren’t properly vacuumed; the water in pool and sauna looked cloudy and the hallway rugs were dirty. For the price they charge, they should be able to hire a better cleaning crew and maintain the hotel better. For the price we paid to stay

  : Great location. Friendly, hard working staff.
  : There were no key cards, so the manager had to run up to the room to let us back in every time we left. When there was a line at the desk, it took awhile to get back into our room.

  : Door card system was down upon our arrival. Staff were very helpful and did their best to acomódate us.
  : Pool was very small compared to the pictures.

  : The staff was very friendly. The building was well maintained.
  : The bathtub in our room was a bit scary. When you moved around in the shower, it made it sound like it wasn't attached very well. I have never showered so fast in my life.

  : The AC in the building was out so it was super hot inside. I know they can’t help that, but since their rooms are not cheap they should have been issuing discounts. They only serve breakfast until 9:30. We got there at 9:05 and they had ran out of mostly everything, I feel that 9:30 is an early cut off, also that if you serve until a certain time make fresh stuff until that time. We booked for 4 people but we’re only given 3 towels and lotion and conditioner were empty. Also the walls, windows, and floors were gross, especially the elevator. The back keypad entry did not work as an entry. I think they charge WAY to much for the condition it is in

  : The receptionist Jessica was welcoming.
  : This Holiday Inn didn't meet my expectations compared to the other hotels I had stayed in. The room had a bad odor, we had to open the window for 5 hours to get rid of the smell. There was construction work, which did wake us up. The hotel needs to be upgraded. I stayed in room 243. Had difficulties taking a shower. The head shower is not located in the center, it is located in the far left side. We didn't get clean towels. We had to go downstairs and wait in line to ask for clean towels. The pool definitely needs to be upgraded and it is a lot smaller than what the online pictures show.
