  : The location with the beach right out the door is excellent.
  : This is what Booking as well as potential customers needs to know there are 2 divisions of ESJ Towers, but go under the one name. One is the hotel & one is more of a VRBO type rental. I ended up w/ the rental. This needs to be clearer when booking. Apt was dirty. Used soap in shower, dirty wash cloth hanging, towels tossed about, one bed no flat sheet. I couldnt address this when we arrived, because it was 11:30pm. The following day was able to talk w/ the manager of the VRBO side. At that time she met me for new towels & sheets. Just a bit of caution when booking this property. The restaurant, bar, & pool on property isnt open. Coffee, water, snacks are available through a vending machine. This side has graffiti visible on side of property visible from terrace.

  : The disrepair. Door off the hinges on third floor. Garbage shoot needs repair. Pool wasnt available.

  : All amenities were closed. Room was not ocean view as advertised. No king bed just 2 single beds.

  : Beach within walking distance.
  : When I booked this location, I was told this was a five-star hotel which I found out by the owner after my first night there that it`s actually is a condo/Airbnb which we did not want. I choose to leave. I did show the owner my paperwork showing that booking.com has it listed as a hotel which she did not know. Place is being renovated. lots of rebuilding in the area. Lots of power outages in the area. Broken elevator.

  : The suite rented was good. The front door was a little tricky. The hotel seems to be under renovation, we were not aware.
  : The elevators were iffy, pool was not operational, and lobby was not air conditioned. I'm sure this used to be a Premier Property, and I'm sure it will be again. We were just caught unaware of the work in progress.
