: Overall great hotel! Our room had a great view, the restaurants were all great, loved the pool area and the beach and the employees were all so friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

: There wasnt enough staff during breakfast or dinner. Also, there could be more choices on the menu. The many pools but hot tub jets didnt work. We got a king ocean view and it shouldnt be called that bc you only see the view when directly in front of window.

: The room was spacious, clean and absolutely beautiful. The view was to die to for. Kid friendly place. My daughter made a lot of friends at the pool and I liked that a lot. Staff is absolutely amazing and very personable.
: My room was on the 11th floor, ocean pool view absolutely stunning. However my daughter and I were extremely uncomfortable the entire trip due to the humidity in the room. All of our clothes and shoes were constantly damp as soon as we arrived. I tried to put the air conditioner to 69-70 degrees to make breathing bearable in our room as we could hardly breathe. The air was so thick. I had concerns about mold issues and the humidity in the room. It was so extreme that despite the beautiful view, clean rooms and wonderful staff, I will not stay here again. I had to keep my room so cold that my daughter got sick as a result.

: Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Some of the best service Ive ever had while staying at a hotel. I was hoping to get back home and leaving a glowing review based on the great customer service while I was there.

: This hotel was once a favorite of mine. It is in a great location and very beautiful.
: 400 dollars a night with all the added fees and you get loud parties in the room next door, doors slamming at all hours of the night, screaming and singing people and a smell in your room that will not go away. The equipment in the gym is very old and broken. The equipment is not replaced or cared for, and it is very difficult to get a workout in. The hotel says no guests at the pool but after 9pm the pools are full of locals with no bands on their hand and employees do not say anything. The doors to patio are broken. Parents beware. In the name of conserving energy the refrigerator shuts off by itself. We came back to warm food each day. They charged 22 a night for parking, but anyone who spends a dollar at the casino gets parking for free. The scariest.....I left my key upstairs and went to front desk and was given a new one without having to show ID. The employee did not know me as I had not gone to desk before that. That made me feel really unsafe.
