  : The evening receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She acted as if I was putting her out for just checking in. I would not return to this location due to poor customer service.

  : Location was good, less than 10min to Legoland.
  : The facility was poor. We had a queen room with a sofa bed. We entered the room to a strong odor, like it had been closed and damp for days, the sofa bed was worse - possibly, moldly. The sofa was jagged at the edges, it appeared as though it would be housing termites and the cushions were ripped. And the worst part is that the front desk was of no help in providing us another room!!! The lady kept insisting that nothing was available and that she couldn't help us as we booked through booking.com and not the HI website. This misery went on until we spoke to the Holiday Inn central management, somehow magically after this talk a room appeared on their system - this was not good either but mildly more cleaner and odorless than the previous room we were given.

  : The shower being wheelchair accessible.
  : The room, although wheelchair accessible felt tight, and the wheelchair could not be turned freely. We found several live roaches by the microwave and the table. The room was near a side entrance but didn't have a ramp, so there was no use for the door to be near wheelchair accessible rooms.We checked in at 4 pm, and had to check out at 11pm due to the roaches. The front desk man did not seem surprised when we said we saw roaches. We were offered another room, but we know roaches travel, so they're alover the hotel, so we declined another room. We were advised that the manager would review us for a refund but was not guaranteed. Being that it was almost midnight, we left without a refund pending being contacted by the manager. No contact or refund has been received yet.
