  : The decor, kitchen, island, pool off the canal and the main bedroombed was awesome!
  : The lack of detail to cleaning, unsafe shower floor, loose bricks in the patio and dips in the flooring.

  : we loved the location and will definitely book again. it was the perfect getaway for our family.
  : you pay a cleaning fee and pool heating fee. We needed to deep clean house upon arrival. We found rocks in the pillowcases on beds and linens all needed to be washed for bedding and pool needs a good cleaning. wished there was a way to turn heat up for pool since we pay to heat. property management contact never responded to our inquiry in regards to that. to us these weren't huge issues for having a private house just small hiccups.
