  : While the Edison light bulbs are stylish, they don't give off much light and there was not one place that had adequate lighting for reading, working, etc.

  : Excellent bedding, clean, good linens, comfortable furniture. Location accessible to area outdoor attractions.
  : No cell service in Cannonville! We could not understand this at first and had to ask around town because we could not call our host. I sent a text on Whats App hoping that would go through but no response. Host should make guests aware of this! We had to go on the internet to turn on the heat through our remote. More instructions would have helped. The lighting is too dim in the kitchen and living area. We could not see at night to read without moving lamps around. Microwaveable cups would help and there is no outdoor garbage can.

  : The Evergreen was so clean, supplied, convenient, and just perfect for what we needed. We even ventured over to Kodachrome State Park and had a great time in addition to Bryce Canyon. We would stay here again for sure. My son wished all of our stays were like the Evergreen.
  : The only minor complaint was the bed (mattress downstairs). It was a bit too soft and uncomfortable.

  : Location is a bit in the middle of nowhere (in a tiny town but no restaurants or anything) and not recognized by Apple maps.

  : I loved how close we were to Bryce Canyon. The house had everything we needed to fix meals, including a little gas grill and plenty of dishes. The towels were big and soft with plenty of places to hang them in the bathroom. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay!

  : Hot water was a little on and off but they are working on solving the issue.

  : Location was close to Bryce Canyon National Park. Book at property provided helpful information about our stay. Communication prior to our arrival was helpful with tips and things to do on our stay.
  : Hot water was in and out a bit. They have an on-demand hot water heater and it took a while to get hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. TV is setup to use your services, hulu, netflix, etc. Bring your password. We tried to add a channel for spectrum but could not because we did not have the ROKU pin. We didn't pursue further as we aren't big TV watchers and were gone most of the time there.
