  : Room had everyting as advertised and lots of little places to stash belongings so the suite did not become cluttered. The bed was comfortable, sheets were crisp and clean, the kitchen was very handy.
  : There was mold around the air vent in the bedroom. The outdoor grills were a great feature, but there were guests constantly smoking in that area so it reaked of cigarette smoke while we cooked our dinner. There were lots of cigarette butts on the ground. Some guests were loud, particularly above us. It sounded like they were rolling the office chair back and forth on the kitchen floor late in the evening, but we were able to fall asleep and sleep well.

  : Location. Proximity to Wegmans and adjacent charming eatery area are real pluses. We loved Osteria Nino!
  : We've stayed here many times, and the place is getting really shabby and, unfortunately, expensive. The bed and shower were fine, but the furniture and cabinets are looking quite beat-up, and the refrigerator's icemaker didn't work. Despite the property's no-smoking policy, the third-floor corridor smelled of cigarette smoke. While we appreciate the free coffee in the common area, it was undrinkable. I'd like to see Sonesta do better.

  : We booked a suite with a pullout bed for my daughter. The mattress inside the couch was nothing but springs. The lady who checked us in worked with us and got another mattress to us that night. She was awesome. After 2 days into a week stay, the hotel charged my card for the entire stay. I inquired with the manager, and she stated it was my bank that charged my card early, not the hotel. I called my bank, and of course, they can not charge anything unless the hotel submits it for a charge. I've stayed in several hotels in the 10 years that I've been with my bank. This has never happened. Also, the microwave did not work. The elevator did not work well, and the doors would open several times before going up and down. I would not recommend this particular Sonesta Hotel.
