  : It was located very well for my needs and I was familiar with the place since I stayed here numerous times over the last 15 years. Its main advantage is proximity to the N campus and surroundings. It is clean, especially in the newly renovated areas. The TV is huge and a really good quality LG.
  : Two personnel I met were arrogant and condescending. The door of the room I stayed in was broken. It made very unusual noises (not a hinge squeak, but a broken kind of noise) and got blocked in a locked position with the door open. When I informed them, the lady at the front desk was bothered and questioned me "So did you leave the door wide open??". "Wide", no... "Open", yes, hence the report.The fan for the AC was so noisy that one could not sleep with it. I had to shut it off, but I could barely fall asleep with the one running in the next room. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and I was made very clear that I was about to be offered a "renovated" room. The front desk statement about this was so unwelcoming that sounded like "Make sure you don't mess it up". The front desk lady also wanted to make sure I know that is still ongoing for the top floors. It was sort of a heads-up not to expect much silence in the morning. I commented that they had been renovating since a long time ago (like 5 years plus) and I heard back right away that they have 300+ rooms and I need to consider that (i.e. before talking). Not a nice comment to a guest, but I decided to be rather excited about my stay in a "newly renovated room". Here are my impressions about the new renovation: cheap materials and maintenance, cleaning-convenient, the cover-up of existing bold problems (like old AC), and a horrid design in beij+grey, with no sophistication AT ALL. The room feels like a glorified student dorm quarter. The floors reminded me of the pet-friendly motels planned accordingly to prevent pet accidents. They feel like you are sleeping in the attic. One cannot move much trying to be considerate about sleeping neighbors. Without shoes is awful. With shoes is like informing the ones around you about your every step.

  : - I got this place because of the pool. Both pools were closed. It did not say this when booking. Pool photos were shown and it was coming up in the filter. VERY disappointed. - we found garbage in our room behind storage.- the fire alarm was flashing ALL night
