Baymont by Wyndham Louisville South I 65

: Excellent location. Just off the interstate and very close to a Waffle House. Shower heads, mattress, cleanliness was good.
: The main reasons I booked this hotel was location and (supposedly) having adjoining rooms. Told by 2 separate staff that they had adjoining rooms. Upon arriving, advised they have no adjoining rooms and never have. Being lied to to make a sale is awful..

: The location of the property was great. The hotel was clean as a whole. The indoor pool was awesome, with a decent non-slip pool deck. The bed and pillows were comfy. LOVED the shampoo/conditioner and dove mini bar for the complimentary toiletries. The staff was friendly, there was a lady behind the counter, as we left Monday morning, and we was so kind. Her well wishes felt genuine and warm.
: The breakfast lacked variety and adequate protein options. I was quite disappointed. We could have used twice the towels. Two of us for two nights, requires more than 2 towels. I wish we had at least 1-2 more. Our window didnt lock. I took all valuables with us, while we were gone for our daily activities. It was very un nerving to sleep in a room with my child knowing there was a piece of plastic stopping an intruder from entering on the ground level. (Room 112) Lastly there was clearly smoking on the first floor- it was marked as non-smoking. It made the hallway smell horrible and extremely musty and unpleasant. Luckily the smell didnt creep into our room.

  : The staff was nice.
: Everything was broken, nothing was really cleaned properly, housekeeping walked in like 2 times while we were in bed, a lot of the stuff said that was there wasn't there, the pictures are inaccurate.

: It's located in a safe area of the interstate. The room was basic with working internet services.
: The hallway has a strange odor, carpeting was dirty and the sink in my room was clogged up. Hotel lobby had no Christmas decorations inside or outside.
