  : For the price the room was very very small. I thought I was getting a studio apt. Got there it look like a make shift room. The location is terrible. I also asked for a cancellation. The room was 252.00 dollars. Cancellation fee was 103.00. I have yet to receive my money. What their advertising is false. I'm going to take the next level. Imma talk to a lawyer about this situation. I would strongly recommend booking .com takes the room of your site. Thank you Tracey L.

  : The property was nice and clean and it was very nice. Everything was nice.
  : The only thing I didnt like is that I didnt get my deposit back and I left everything clean and neat as I found it and also read his rules that he had texted me and still didnt get it back. I tried contacting him for my deposit but to no avail he never responded back. Dont get fooled guys you can get a motel for a lesser price or even a nice hotel for that matter.

  : - Cosy - Wifi worked - Air con worked - TV had roku - Property was clean - Nearby station, nearby shops, near loads of things - Easy to access - Plenty of room for clothing
  : - Every night the upstairs neighbours were playing music, screaming, dogs were barking. On the last night the entire property was shaking. It was difficult to get a good night's rest. If you plan on being up all night or can't hear, then it would be fine for you. - The bed was slightly too firm for me personally but for some it might be great - The window wouldn't open (it was nailed closed around the air con pipe), and my guest felt claustrophobic. With just the one window it felt a bit dark. It's not basement, the front door is ground level and the path near the window is raised which makes it look like you're lower - Host took ages to respond and gave automated messages, which made us panic as we had been stranded after an Amtrak strike and had nowhere to go, and then I had to ask Booking.com to get the host to give my deposit back as I asked for it back (two weeks after vacating property) and he ignored me for two weeks after that. I shouldn't have had to do that. - The cooker and the electrics seemed sketchy and in need of repair. Was afraid to use
