  : Its a nice little cabin and the hot tub is a nice feature. We also enjoyed the fire pit out back. Water pressure was good and everything was clean when we got here.
  : We came to go to the lake and Hochatown and this is quite a ways from it. I was disappointed with the location. Also I was bit by a spider the first night in bed.

  : The location was perfect. Beautiful cabin. Great price. Hot tube was awesome.
  : The cabin has a major roach problem. Roaches in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Also there is a lockbox but there's no key. The "lockbox" code is really the door code.

  : The locals were friendly. We only had about an 8 minute drive to the grocery store and several eating places. There was lots to do in Beaver's Bend and the surrounding area as well.
  : There was No cell phone service/reception unless we left the rental property or neighborhood.

  : Conveniently located off US-70. Close to Broken Bow with easy access to Beavers Bend & Hochatown. Quiet area and easy walk to Mountain Fork Park (2.5 miles). Liked the deer, bunnies, squirrels and birds keeping among the trees. Very comfortable with all the necessities. Comfortable beds. Good layout and good internet connection given the rural setting. Washer and dryer is a bonus.
  : Could have been cleaner. Dusty surfaces. Dust bunnies under the dining table tells me it has not been swept there for a while. Towels are in bad need of replacement. I would have appreciated a dishwasher given the limited space in the kitchen. Great with the six beds, but kitchen and living area are too small to accommodate six people. Not a big issue when it is dry outside and you can use the backyard fireplace and patios as additional hangout space, or use the grill to prepare food. But when it is rainy and damp it will be close quarters for six people.

  : The location was great.
  : The property was not cleaned. There were large cobwebs on the living room ceiling fan, there were dirty plates and bowls in the cabinets. The coffee pot was extremely dirty and unsanitary. There were broken pieces of plates in and around the fire pit. The smaller room with the queen bed had a bed bug infestation in which a member of our group was bitten numerous times. There was old dried tooth paste on the bathroom sink handle.
