: The staff (front desk, cleaning, maintenance) were all helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was clean, all linens crisp and fresh when we arrived. The king mattress was firm and supportive. When we asked at check-in if there was any sleeping accommodation for our 2-yr old, they said they'd see what was available and were able to provide a crib for the room right away! No daily cleaning but fresh towels were delivered both times shortly after we inquired.A/c unit in the room worked great, we were able to adjust easily, the window also opened for fresh cool air overnight. Quiet halls and pretty well- insulated; we barely heard noise from other guests walking by, tv's, traffic, etc.
: Garbage bins were never changed in the room, even after requesting at the front desk twice. We eventually emptied them ourselves and asked for new bags. Temperature in common areas was kept at a bone-chilling 66F. When it's 90F outside and the guests are all in shorts/tees, that's a brisk change! The complimentary breakfast each morning was pretty spare. Not sure if that was due to budget constraints, but the prepared food was mediocre. Coffee was good though.9

: Housekeeping staff was phenomenal. I would like to name, Brianna and Tiffany! They're work ethic was above and beyond my expectations. Both of them take care of our rooms needs regularly. They constantly check to make sure we have what we need. Both ladies go out of their way for room 105. They treat my son and I with respect and kindness.
: I didn't like the fact that whoever they hired to trim bushes left trimmings all over the side walk. It wasn't staff at the hotel though. They promptly took care of it.

: location was perfect for us.price was outstanding.beds and pillows were very comfortable.its a nice hotel.they had a free hot breakfast with eggs, waffles, and biscuits and gravy.....and plenty of other things.i would recommend it.
: bedroom carpet was sticky and dirty......we wear flipflops in hotel rooms so wasn't too bad.couldn't check in early....not a big deal though.breakfast was ok. not spectacular but it was ok.some older and outdated finishes in the hotel....again not a deal breaker....none off these were terrible and completely expected since this was the CHEAPEST hotel in town for the night.

  : Location
: The AC couldn’t keep the room cool and dry. You could have a dry room but it would be chilling or you can have a normal temperature room that’s so humid the sheets and carpet feels wet.

: The staff was polite during check in and the room was clean
: There was a party in their meeting room with loud music and people until 1am. This room was directly across the hall from our room. The staff knew our room was directly across from this room and did not inform us that this would be taking place. The party started at 6pm we figured it would be done by quite hours which were 11pm.

  : Not much
: The hot tub had a light broken that my daughter hurt her foot on. Our bathroom in the room was very dirty. There was dirt in our bed. Staff at breakfast were not helping keep anything stocked when asked
