  : The staff’s willingness to correct their mistake.
  : Our room we booked was dirty. It was never cleaned by their staff. Even though we requested an early check in and were told to wait until the room was clean and received a text stating it was ready 2 minutes before normal check in time. The we packed all of our stuff back up to go to another location and walked in on a family. So we had to pack our stuff up for a 3rd time and finally found a clean empty condo. It wasted a lot of our time and efforts packing and unpacking 3 times.

  : We arrived at our designated time. Upon arrival we noticed the bathroom had a couple hairs around but right above the trash can on the wall was what appeared to be a hairball gathered from the tub stuck to the wall. One of 4 light bulbs was burnt out above the sink. Later that night. When we went to choose which bed of two to sleep in we found the one closest to the interior wall had not been changed and dirty but bed made to look made. The bed we chose to sleep in nearest the window was clean but the quilt itself appeared to have something questionable (red) on it so we removed and placed it on the other bed. Mattress was uncomfortable! Then the next day we noticed in the living room area an and table lamp had been broke with a shard of the globe sticking out.

  : Area and location very pretty. Loved that they had kayaks for guests to use & so close to the lakefront
  : Overall, our family had a great time. However, I am very disappointed in the amenities and hospitality of the property. Day 2 we had no water all day long in our condo and my family nor I could even shower until late afternoon. We understand things happen, so we're patient. Then, I take a shower and wash my hair only to find out there are no hair dryers in the room!? You have to go to get one from the front desk, which is CLOSED at 5pm. What hotel property front desk closes? And, what hotel or property in 2024 requires you to SIGN OUT a hair dryer?! This is an absolute top of the list amenity at EVERY hotel. It is absurd that a place like this that is >$200 a night would not have a hairdryer. I was so upset as this was the last straw for me here at table rock resorts. No one responded on the emergency line & their calls are forwarded to “thousand hills reservation line”. Needless to say- no one got me a hair dryer.We called and were told that the front desk is open until TEN PM. It is 6 pm and no one is there. The emergency line is for “lockouts”. Well I’m glad my family wasn’t locked out because NO ONE responded to my call. That being said, I will NEVER stay here again nor will I recommend this place to ANYONE. You should be ashamed that your guests had to go out to dinner with sopping wet hair because they didn’t have access to a hair dryer.

  : We liked the location near the water and having a covered balcony with a view of the lake. The resort has some very good amenities, such as the two pool options (salt water or chlorine), boat docks and free kayaks. We liked having a full kitchen, separate bedroom and plenty of seating around the television.
  : The condo could use a deep cleaning. There were crumbs on the table and crushed doritos, among other dirt on the floors. We felt like we had to wear our shoes at all times. The front door step was filthy with trash, dirt and leaves. The living room furniture felt broke down. We have stayed at Table Rock Resorts several times in the last 15-20 years, and this is the same furniture that has always been here. We stopped renting the cabins that we loved near the water for this reason. I prefer the cabins, but the furniture was too uncomfortable and broke down. We also could hear everything going on in the condo next to us. We had a 5 a.m. wake up every morning by a crying baby and screaming mother. I also suggest more pillows. There were only two small pillows per bed (1 per person). Most people like to sleep with two pillows. We did find two mismatched, flat, lumpy pillows intended for the murphy bed that I doubled up pillow cases on because they didn't look too clean. The tub was also very slow draining.
