  : When i first booked the room, the lady at the front desk was being smart talking about " we don't have your reservation" i showed her confirmation & that it took the money off my card. she proceed to say " it could take a hour 1/2. i was like that's never happened before it usually comes right up when i book through booking. she then finds it all of a sudden after i said that.. she asked for a $150 deposit i gave it to her, we do what we have to do.. i go to the room & there was blood on the sheets once i was checking the bed. i didn't call the office or anything. i just removed that cover. ok well anyways next morning comes around & i'm checking out, they check the room so i can get my $150 back, well she said it smells like smoke & that goes against the rules. one, i don't even spoke so now your lying. two, i had got there at 11pm and left at 5am i wasn't there long at all. moral of the story they are trying to take peoples deposits bc they r lying. now if they did smell smoke it had to come from another room bc i don't smoke.
