  : The Derby Bar & Restaurant was closed other than to private parties indefinitely, which was very disappointing.

  : I arrived around 8:30pm and parked at the back of the hotel. It was after dark, and there were no lights in the parking lot. When I entered the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. There were 2 business cards at the desk with my name on them. One card had my room number and code to get into my room (completely unsafe as anyone could have taken the code and entered my room) The other card told me to call a certain number for hotel information. When I got to my room, it was completely dark and I could not find the light switch so I had to use the flashlight from my cell phone. The overhead light in the bathroom did not work. There was a blue liquid on the edge of the bath tub and hairs in the shower. After I brought my luggage up to my room, I called the number for hotel information and no one answered. I had not eaten all day, and had no idea where I could get food, I ended up ordering through Door Dash. I woke up the next morning and the elevator would not work. I carried 2 suitcases and a backpack, down 3 flights of stairs. I fell going down the 2nd set of stairs. Once again, there was no one at the front desk, and the door to get to the front desk was locked. I could not check out, or get a receipt for my stay (I have requested a receipt twice and have still not received it). It was the worst hotel experience that I have had in my entire life. I did not feel safe at all. I never once saw a staff member or anyone on the premises to ask for assistance. I have to come back to Bowling Green next month for another business trip and will not be staying at this hotel!!!!

  : Oh where to begin?! The air did not work the whole time we were there. I called the front desk and he said it just took a bit to kick on, we waited an hour or so and tried to call again when it still was not working and there was no one at the front desk. I walked down to the lobby, no one there. I called again a couple hours later and was transferred to a call center who tried to reach their emergency contacts, no answer. I was told I would get a call back, no call back. went down to the lobby the next morning, still no one at the front desk. We also were unable to use the TV, called about that as well, the guy said there should be two remotes and acted annoyed we were asking, we never found the other remote for the TV. The lock on the door did not work. There was dried pee on the toilets that looked like it had not even been cleaned. The piano bar and restaurant were not open as advertised. There is no breakfast basket or brunch, as advertised!They gave us a key when we arrived for the back door for if we went out, when we came back to the hotel, we had to go around to the back to let ourselves back in to the hotel. It felt extremely unsafe! I typically don’t leave reviews, especially a bad review, but this was completely unacceptable! I have tried to call and request a refund and no one will answer. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
