  : Location. Remote and beautiful. Fantastic to see the universe on a moonless night. Unbelievable amazing night sky. We also walked one of the Ranch's trails. So peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast is good considering how remote from stores the Ranch is for supplies.
  : Booking.com didn't notify the Ranch of our change of dates. Caused a problem for the Ranch but they sorted it as best they could and very kindly reduced the payment for the inconvenience.

  : The log home look was cool. Nice property. The restaurant food on site was great.
  : As soon as we arrived we noticed our bed sheets were dirty. They never changed the sheets from the previous people. It was gross. The towels stank too. The floors were unclean. There were cobwebs in the bathroom.

  : We rented "Cabin 3" which is a 3 bedroom cabin that sleeps up to 9. It was a newer construction with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very peaceful place and SO quiet at night. We stayed there with another couple and even though there was only one bath, we managed just fine. The kitchen was new and had all the appliances you could need. The beds were comfortable and there were heaters/ac in each of the rooms. We absolutely loved the breakfast nook. BUT the best thing about this place is that there is a farm to table restaurant. AMAZING dinner both nights!!

  : Dispite it is quite far from the road, if you seek quietness this is the place to be. The front desk was polite.
  : I know it's a ranch and it's not expected to be close to the city, but this one is quite far from the road (not city) itself, you have to bear that in mind (around 4 miles one way). We arrived late in the first day, the office said they would leave the shop unlocked so in case of need, we could get something there to eat, but when we needed, the shop was closed. They finish the service at 8pm or so. Maybe that's too early if you intend to host people who are driving around. Boulder is NOT a city but a tiny village with poor infrastructure. You are expected to find difficulty getting food or beverages. There is only one gas station. Working hours of the kitchen is also not suitable. They close too soon. Right in the morning of the second day, there was NO WATER in the rooms and an explanation or warning never was given. I'm not sure if this is common in a ranch, but at the price that was charged, I guess running water at all times is something that just has to be offered. We couldn't take showers or even brush our teeth. I wrote to the front door, expecting they would provide us with some compensation whatsoever, but all they did was saying they were sorry. But I was sorry first. And if I hadn't written the complaint, they would never had said anything. Such a disappointment. The room is also very small, it barely fit the twin bed inside. Could be a hassle to handle a couple with two large luggages like ourselves.

  : When booking the Yurt / Room in Boulder Ut., it was our first experience staying in a Yurt, we had a awesome and laughable memory, making experience. No heat in the Yurt, Temps dipped to 40 degreest, nothing Hoodies, Sweat Pants and Socks cant handle
  : We arrived at night , so the facility was kind of hard to find, limited GPS Signal. Facility needs more Lights on the roadside Signage.

  : The suite was great. One bedroom with a comfy bed and the other one with a futon, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and mini oven. Very convenient for the breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful. Also, there is a nice restaurant located inside the lodge we just did take out and it was very good.
