  : Located near the city center but not a walking distance. The property is adequate but we were accommodated in both rooms that are lacking in supplies, empty hand soap and body wash containers, did not refill until we complained the 2nd day. The valet attendant was sleeping on the job, did not answer the calls at 5:50 am when finally came out he was sleepy and rubbing his eyes; night shift front desk staff Shane lacked customer service, my nephew had to ask for the manager (Prema) to complain about the valet issue. She adjusted the $65 valet charged for that day and room service, since rooms were not cleaned, and we were inconvenienced. Since I complained about the two rooms and lack of supplies. Very unpleasant stay after our tiring 2 week cruise. Bad accommodation, not worth the money we paid for!
