  : Bath towel stank of cigarette smoke for some reason and the beds felt more like hammocks because of how much they sank in the center.

  : We did not have the best experience staying with the property at Central China town. First of all. I was told the address is different from the unit advertised on bookings.com. Then we had one issue after another including, broken blinds, chair, bed frame, door locks and garbage disposal, no Wi-Fi for laptop nor TV. I was directed to Justin then Nick, who said he contacted maintenance right away but no one ever showed up. We were there for the Boston Marathon and frankly it's one of the worst experiences we had. The unit needs to be properly maintained before another renter goes in.

  : Poor communication--the refrigerator didn't work when we arrived and no solution was provided. The property knew it was broken and didn't communicate before arrival and the food we brought spoiled in spite of our going out and purchasing ice bags. When asked for more towels because so many had to be used for melted ice, they brought the towels the next day. The sleeper sofas that allow the property to accommodate 6 people had terrible "mattresses" --both were more springs than mattress and the one in the bedroom was the wrong size for the sofa space and left at least 4-6 inches of metal to maneuver over on the sides. There was 1 set of sheets for the two sleeper sofas and the mattress in the living room was covered with crumbs. None of the lights were connected to switches. The rug in the living room had a permanently lifted corner that was a tripping hazard for my elderly parents. These would have been less noticable if other more serious issues were addressed. Further communications with the property have been curt and downright rude.
