  : The staff I checked in with was absolutely amazing. Im not sure of her name but she was awesome. The bed was comfortable.
  : When I went to add an extra night, the morning staff was unprofessional. Sitting with legs up, hair rag on, told me they fixed everything which apparently was not the case when I tried to get into my room later that evening. I wasnt angry, I just felt bad. Then when the mishap was fixed on second shift, the young man says out loud (concerning the two ladies from earlier) yea, theyre not going to last longunprofessional and definitely should have been a conversation had with his employees as opposed to trying to appease to the anger he thought I had. It was very clear to me that they had not been taught. Other than this, there was hair. Pieces in the tub, swept under the sink, on the floor. Like it had been mopped with a dirty mop and the hair was left behind. There was a dirt spot behind my door. Residue left in sink from previous stay. BOTH NIGHTS, whoever was in the room next to me was arguing, screaming, slamming doors, pacing hallway. It was a lot. Ive made this hotel my getaway spot since it first opened. It was luxurious and staff was top notch. It almost hurt to experience its current state. I certainly believe it can be better with training of front desk staff and certainly housekeeping. Theres still time
