  : Very quint & quiet with a beautiful view and gorgeous sunsets. Across the street from the beach & walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The staff was very nice and helpful.

  : In the picture the Sullivan house looks blue. We were walking in the rain and even went to a wrong house in the pouring rain. I asked for a plastic bag while leaving and they told me they had none. I paid 600$ for one night!

  : Breakfast was just OK. Location was good, but we were not able to take our car on the ferry, and because the hotel is away from town, we were forced to do a lot of walking.
  : The bathroom was way too small. Shower was so tiny, I kept hitting the soap dispenser. Bathroom sink was built for a child, tiny and very low.

  : The reason to stay here is the setting. You have views all around. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff was very friendly.
  : Our deluxe queen room was small but okay. The bathroom was tiny with a very small sink and shower.

  : We stayed in the Queen Sea View room, which is in a separate house from the main B&B. The bathroom was large with a great shower. The location was quiet with a view of the harbor (salt pond). The breakfast was good.
  : Very overpriced. The room was quite small and they provided nothing you might expect at this price. In fact, they seemed to give great INattention to detail. No hand lotion or nice toiletries, no luggage stands, six cheap wire hangers left over from the dry cleaners, no free water bottles, charged full price for use of bikes and cheap kayaks, really just a partial view of the harbor, no chairs on the front porch which faces the ocean, even the main house front porch lacked chairs but did have a loud ice machine to drown out the ocean sounds. Oh, and you do have to drag your luggage across a grass field littered with goose poop to reach the Sea View rooms if you don't have a car. Like I say, it was almost like they went out of their way to not have anything nice.

  : Great location and great breakfast. Loved the wrap around veranda. Beautiful view from our room. Helpful and friendly staff.
  : The room was not airconditioned, which normally would be a problem bacause of a constant breeze; however we happened to arrive during a spell of unusually hot weather. We managed OK with a fan.
