  : Close to every location we intended to visit. Snowplay, shops, restaurants, the village.
  : A little outdated. The bed was not firm at all, kinda rolled into the middle and there was only a central heater in the living quarters which meant the bedroom was a little chilly. Nothing to really complain about. Pros outweigh the cons.

  : It's clean and comfortable. The staff provided good advice. The kitchen was almost fully equiped.
  : In some instances this felt more like a pricey Airbnb than a hotel. For example, there are no cleaning services during your stay.

  : Room are not available at 4pm (check in time) I booked 2 cabins, 1 cabin ready for occupancy at 5:50pm and 2nd cabin ready for occupancy at 10:27pm. We’ve waited for more than 6 hours, we were told that they have an emergency and that’s the reason why the cabin are not ready yet. The property must have a manpower to clean the cabin if in case they have emergency with their family. For all the inconvenience we never heard any apology during our check out. They need to set aside their personal issues/problems with their business, as a customer we are responsible paying them and they are responsible to provide services. We want a relaxation not a stress. If you need something from them they are not available all the time even during office hour and I was told that they don’t have my email and phone on file. They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper for cabin with 5 guests for 2 nights and we end up buying since we can’t get hold with them. It was very frustrating. The cabin was clean but they need to improve their customer service ethics. We checked out on time 11am.

  : The room was clean and very comfortable. I liked having a full kitchen and the fireplace was a bonus.
  : The location - being so close to the main road was awful. It was very noisy with the constant traffic noise - day and night.
