  : The beds werent comfortable, the bath tub didnt drain, the breakfast was stale coffee, the Manager who goes by Bob with the black beanie cap was very inprofessional. After telling him i was charged twice, he was very difficult and rude. He didnt give me the right info to obtain getting my money back. Im going through my bank to get the srcond charge refunded. You would think the manager would have access to payment issues, but i guess not. Its day 3 and im still waiting to talk to whoever can relsove the issue. No water in the swimming pool

  : I cannot believe that for a booking for 3 people they gave us two shaby towels and we had to take down a used towel to reception to exchange for a clean dry one for the 3rd person to use

  : We ended up not staying at this property. They wanted a 200.00 deposit on top of what we had already paid for the room. The property was substandard at best. Awaiting a refund of our money from PayPal who have already contacted you concerning this matter.

  : Breakfast was only on weekend.
  : They don't state that they charge for pets. But once you are in the room you read that it's $20.00 a pet. At checkout they tell you it's $35.00 a pet

  : It is near WWU campus which is convenient. The check in/out process was simple. The room was adequate. Pretty standard, nothing fancy. The price was too high, but every hotel in that area had raised prices due to WWU graduation & were taking advantage of parents needing a place to stay- so even though the price was higher, it want as high as others for that weekend.
  : I didn’t see an elevator, which wasn’t really a problem for me, but could be for some guests. I didn’t see any major problems with cleanliness. It’s obviously an older building, older mattresses, carpet, bathroom tile etc. I basically used the shower, watched TV, slept & left. I noticed the parking was monitored by security cameras so I felt like my car would be okay overnight. The pool was tiny and next to the road. I didn’t plan on using it, but would be disappointed if I had wanted to use it. I didn’t have any major problems, but if there had been another affordable choice available I wouldn’t have chosen to stay there instead.

  : Nothing, it's a county half-way house. Should not be a nationally branded hotel chain.
  : Should not be a branded Hotel Chain. Was in two different room on each side of a boat charter, and both rooms were missing different furniture, and had different problems with the appliances. Disrepair all around.
