: Beautiful, new hotel. The coffee maker in the lobby fresh brews coffee 24/7
: Upon entering the room housekeeping had left an ozone machine in the bathroom running. The front desk had to come get it out of the room. The ice machine was not working but I was told I could go to the hotel next door and get ice. The shower curtain does not reach the floor so the bathroom floods when you take a shower. Also the installation of the handheld shower head was very subpar, there is literally an extra unsealed hole in the wall, it will get water behind the wall and cause mold and rot in time. The worst part is upon checkout I was told I couldn’t get a printed receipt because I booked through booking. I explained I stay in hotels 75 - 100 nights a year for work and have never been told that by any other hotel. I have always been given a paid receipt upon request at checkout. I need it for work, but was told sorry they didn’t do that at their hotel. I also had a bottle of water added as a room charge but since I didn’t get a receipt, I have no clue what my total was upon check out. That will cause me to never stay there again, I needed that receipt for work to reconcile expenses. So sad they couldn’t print out a receipt.
