  : The location was great, it was clean and smelled so amazing!
  : We asked twice for services, like new towels, take out the dirty towels, and take out the trash and put in new bags since we were there for 6 days never happened. When the night clerk looked into it, she said there was a note to housekeeping for it, she made a new note.. still nothing. Never once was our trash taken out until I did it myself and we went down and got our own towels. That was very frustrating for me, especially since I asked specifically twice and I know the message was relayed. Also the lady that did breakfast literally flicked the lights at us when we were sitting down in the lobby visiting with another family. No one was eating we were just visiting. I feel that when u pay a good amount of money to stay somewhere the staff should be more courteous. I also overheard the same staff member being extremely rude to the desk clerk over a set of keys. Not very professional!

  : The room and the bathroom was very clean. The staff was very friendly to us.
  : The pillows were small and the shower pressure was a bit weak. The staff seemed to bicker with each other whenever we passed by.
