  : I could hear loud music playing into late night, there is a club next door. I had a lot of trouble sleeping because of the loud music.

  : Very clean and comfortable. Very nice rooms with all the standard amenities. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I was able to check in early without any trouble.
  : The elevator was broken and the exit door at the end of the building was broken and stuck open. It does not shut all the way when you go out it. Lacks security that the card reader at the entrance door requires.

  : Breakfast was good and had a good selection. The Main bed was OK and clean, the Sleeping Couch was disgusting
  : We booked the room via booking.com, and even though it was clear that a family of 4 would arrive, the sleeping couch was not prepared as such. We had to prepare it ourselves. The mattress was disgusting, yellowish, and full of stains of all sorts. When we turned the mattress upside down, a dead roach fell off. The kids were sleeping on the couch, even they were very light weighting they complained they could feel the springs inside the mattress. The blankets were too thin, they were cold all-night. The AC had a moldish smell. The coffee machine was dirty and was not operational. I would give 0 for the room preparation. But I wouldn't blame the maids but the reception or whoever handles the bookings. Wouldn't go there again.

  : The room was comfortable. We had issues with the airco but this was quickly resolved.

  : Not much.
  : First, I made a trip out to the car around 2 am, and my card would not let me back in. I had to wake my husband up to open the door. We went through 6 cards and still the cards only worked once. The gal at the desk determined it was the battery and she assured us it would be fixed during the day while we were out. The problem was or ice chest was still in the room and now the door would not open at all, so we were forced to leave our ice chest and buy a new one. We get back to hotel, and we cannot get in our room, again. The gal at the desk for the night shift, was not aware of the issue as we could not get in our room AGAIN! We are tired and brought food from a restaurant and could not get in our room. We were forced to move rooms to the second floor, and guess what, the elevator is out of order. We get in the new room and there are a mans pair of socks on the floor and a mans t-shirt or shorts (did not want to pick it up to find out which) on the floor next to a chair and the floor light. This tells me that this room was not properly cleaned. We asked to have a night comped and were told they had to get manager approval. Friday night thru Sunday morning, never saw or heard from the manager. Each time we asked, they were "not here yet". Our bill should be comped for the entire stay. As an employee of a company that specializes in customer service, I would rate this a one. The only reason I give it a one is because the front desk staff was nice but had limited to no resources to address our issue. To end, by the time we moved rooms, and cleaned up, our food was beyond cold. Soggy chicken fried steak, and hamburger. We will never stay here again. To end this, the bed sheets looked like they had already been slept in as there were wrinkles upon wrinkles on the sheets. They should not look like this in room that was supposedly ready for its next guest. Had our drive not been so long to get home, we would have left that night!
