Disappointing

: The manager was nice and very helpful. She did her best.We paid for 3 non-refundable nights, but only stayed one. We were refunded one nights stay.
: This hotel should be closed to the general public. They are renovating, and there is sheetrock dust everywhere. The hallway smells like cigarette smoke. Construction started at 7:30am with saws and hammers. It is a health and safety violation. The outside lights don't work, but they have lined up desk lamps along the wall to welcome you in. We only stayed one night but paid for three $266. We were refunded for one night, $88. We won't be back.
