  : The staff was friendly and very helpful
  : Found a few cockroaches in my first room and had to be given a new room. The new room did not have the river veiw that I booked originally nor a king bed. Also the parking was non existent. They have only valet for $38 a day. There is no other parking option which they don't tell you about before you arrive.

  : The location downtown is amazing!
  : I was located on the 5th floor. I had a king Jr suite River facing room. The fire alarm kept going off. It went off every 45mins or so. No noise just the flashing. Maintenance came up and immediately said this was an ongoing issue that the hotel staff were aware of. I guess booking out for the 4th of July was more important than customer service. I have epilepsy so the flashing strobe light was not safe nor did it live up to the close to $400/night I spent to stay here. I have stayed at this hotel before for the 4th as it over looks the river and has the best view in town of the fireworks display but something has changed. It seems the hotel values the dollar more than paying customers. People were able to walk in off the street purchase wrist bands to access the pool. While they were limiting guests to only 2 wristbands and anything above must be purchased. Room service refused the answer the phone the entire stay. I was lucky enough to get a front desk manager that took my order and walked it over to the kitchen. The food was great! While i did encounter a few instances of great customer service the overall stay left a very poor taste. Will not be returning to this property.

  : Hotel was clean. Location isn't close to restaurants, however the drive wasn't too bad.
  : We did not like the parking situation. You could only valet park with hotel, other than that you paid for public parking are try to find a parking spot along the road close to hotel.

  : Location for 4th of July fireworks was perfect
  : The balcony was over crowded but expecting on a holiday. Although after the fireworks were over and we just wanted to hang out. We were overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana. With “cops” walking around. Very young girls in g strings. We checked in at 3:30 and were back in the road for 10:30. Didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there. Plus the 2nd floor smelled awful.

  : The air did not cool the room even when adjusting the thermostat.shower was very difficult to turn on and then couldn't get it to turn off.

  : We booked a room for the 4th of July. I picked this hotel because of the pool on the deck I thought it would be nice to enjoy before the fireworks. That was a mistake. Apparently hotels can now sale day passes to there pool. The pool area was so packed there was no where to either swim or relax even if u wanted so this was a complete bust for us. I think it’s ridiculous you can’t enjoy the amenities you paid for while other locals are able to take over the entire area paying half the price of a room. I will never stay here again.
