  : There needs to be more staff. After a long drive, I waited almost 25 minutes to be checked in because the one person on staff was trying to assist someone with ope ing their room door. But 8 had no idea where they were, I almost just left. 3 other people were waiting with me (not part of my party) to check-in

  : These people pick on certain people and I was one of them the manager kept coming at me like she hated me she even tried to Check me about an review I made on here the staff is unprofessional asking my boyfriend did he get him some Coochie last night some staff are nice and the rest are very lazy I am so relieved to be about from that place I was there waiting on my house to finish being renovated the drinks had roaches in their & the breakfast was made for us to cook ourselves they take money from you for no reason I swear feel like this lady was picking at me the whole time before I left they owed me 2 deposits really more then that she got mad talking about my 1 year old child so disrespectful and it was the Indian lady with the long hair I didn’t get her name bc I would try to avoid her every chance I got the other staff I really loved they was nothing like her she’s a disgrace and don’t need to work around other humans also the housekeepers was very racist I would see them laughing at black folks and one day I had to ask what be so funny , some staff walk around with no shoes and always on their phone and get mad . I had at least over 10 keys because they would disconnect every 30 minutes & they barely have towels even though the shower is great I am so grateful that god helped me keep a roof over me and my families head but I don’t like the way I was treated I don’t agree with this place I had to tell my experience I was so down staying here I didn’t feel wanted at all ):
