  : The parking, the fact I paid in advance and they still had me wait 3 more hours to get a room and the computer had a glitch and shut thing down once we was able to get the room. Mismanaged and poor . In addition the room was dirty and the beds wasn't queen sized

  : The room was sufficient and the location is amazing. The Valet staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
  : The fire alarm requiring an evacuation was annoying, but understandably necessary. When I asked for a duvet, the front desk person acted as if I were speaking another language. I used the term "comforter" and received a thin blanket. When I called again asking for another "comforter" I was told they had nothing more than the thin blankets. My payment reflected different than what was agreed upon via the website...initially I was told it was due to the price being in euros?

  : Breakfast was ok, good selection and good value.The location was perfect. A walk to the harbour, the museum and more. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity with a variety of option and price points

  : Just the location being close enough from my sons college
  : When I arrived I got there early before arriving I called to make sure I could check in early once I got there i was told the type of room that I had I wasn’t able to check in early keep in my mind I had just got off a long flight asked if I could sit in the restaurant area and order for the worker then proceeded to say yes told me let me go see what we have she come back and tell my the fryers were down this was July 7th so I ordered what they had a burger she brings my food as I’m eating there’s gnats flying around me once I checked in first the strip on the door where you tap your key was missing the second secure lock was lose as if someone tried getting in the room the shower was stopped up and there wasn’t any bath towel I called down to the front desk and ask for some she said ok I’ll have someone bring you some up 1 min later I get a call from the front desk saying they were out of towels and they were being washed my entire stay was horrible so the next day I just knew that the fritters in a operating hotel would be working tried ordering room serve fryers were still not working the pool wasn’t work they put me in a different room the ice machine was down on my floor had to call to let them know that I was forced to spend over 120 dollars in door dash food because the fryers were down the entire time I stayed there July 7th to July 9th
