  : Booked a king but the hotel oversold rooms so I was given queen room, tub had a stands from a mat and ice machine on floor didn’t work

  : It’s a nice place, big rooms, great staff, situated in a pleasant area with nice shopping and restaurants.
  : The pictures are deceptive and the website needs to be updated. It said there was a pool, but when we got there they told us it was permanently closed since COVID. It was an outdoor pool and I was expecting g to go for a dip since the weather was hot and we could see the pool just outside our window. This was much of the reason to go to this hotel!

  : I really enjoyed the free full breakfast and the staff was very nice and check in was quick!
  : It is a bit dated in terms of style and decor. Could use a refresher, especially the elevators and bathrooms.

  : Spacious & comfortable room. Good location with free, onsite parking. Hotel staff is very nice. More breakfast options than most hotels. Located adjacent to a small upscale shopping center with restaurants and boutique stores.

  : The location was great! I liked that it was a close ride to everything but far enough for peace and quiet . More meat options would make breakfast great. The staff kept everything clean and the blueberry infused water was a nice touch.
  : I didn’t like the first room they older bald front desk clerk sent me to it smelled like something died in there!! It was room 475. I came back down to change it out and the younger gentleman switched me to room 369 which was clean a cozy. The Bed was a bit worn out it had a permanent dip in the middle and no bed skirt on it so I was able to see the old box spring.

  : No charger docks in the room… it’s 2024! Elevator rug was completely dirty with mud for 2 days! Curtains in common areas on upper floors need to be refreshed. My outside terrace had no furniture and was unfinished.
