  : This rental property was warm and had hot water and a working kitchen, which was our priority in booking, since our power had been out for several days due to the ice storm in Austin. It was close to our home, which made it convenient.
  : The check in process was horrible, the company was unable to process my credit card despite it being functional, and they were terrible at communicating the issues or next steps. I needed this to be a smooth process because I was literally managing my family's wellbeing during a natural disaster, and we did not receive much understanding or support. Additionally, the unit is incredibly loud due to other neighbors slamming doors and talking all night long, so we got no sleep. The sheets and towels were uncomfortable. The price was pretty extraordinarily high for such a basic apartment rental. We were very disappointed and ended up just coming back home (without power) instead of staying here longer.

  : The property was wonderful and the location is perfect! We had a great time and will be back.
  : Arriving was difficult as signage is very minimal. I suggested adding more signage on the street and near the parking garage, or alerting guests before the check in email that they're looking for "The Muse"

  : Floors were very dirty. Our feet turned black from walking on them. The bed frame was broken. Toilet paper holder loose in wall. Paid extra because free parking didn"t work, Needed more stuff in the kitchen.

  : great location very updated, clean and spacious apartment.
  : very noisy! Although the apartment was great, the outdoor areas were run down and smelly in the parking lot. Hot water heater was out and we had to wait to move. understand some of these issues are not the fault of Mint House, they made an effort to make good in it.

  : a little hard to find the apartment, and there’s no physical staff on site, once you get the remote staff it’s fine, they are very helpful
