  : The bed was comfortable!
  : Pretty basic, found a number of long dark hairs in the bathroom. The weird thing was that the coffee station on the ground floor had no coffee cups, I asked the person there and she responded that they were out of coffee cups and she suggested that I use the clear plastic ones instead, l responded that the suggested cups were not suitable for hot liquids and could cause burns. She did not respond to my concern.

  : The front office staff was MIA. I waited 40 minutes for him to finally arrive. They don't have basic amenities like a blow dryer. Don't stay here. Their a drunk or drugged man near our hallway. He was just standing near people's doors. It's very creepy, definitely ghetto.

  : For the problem that could be solved, staff was polite and fixed it promptly.
  : We arrived at about 11:30pm to a room that smelled absolutely terrible (truly truly bad). But we discovered much worse when we pulled down the bedspread and found that the sheets hadn't been changed. The sheets were covered (I mean COVERED) in hair and stains. Lots of people and pet hairs. Lots of nasty yellow stains. No one would have missed this. We went down to the front desk (at nearly midnight) and received new sheets from the very kind attendant. She was very apologetic. So we changed our sheets and tried to sleep, though the terrible smell had soaked into the rest of the bedding and made sleep difficult. If it hadn't been so late already we definitely would have left and found a new hotel, which we've never done before, and we travel a lot. Ah well, we didn't need sleep anyway, right lol?
