  : The location is excellent!
  : we first got there I was unloading food and dishes and the drawers literally fell apart in the kitchen there was no light bulb in the overhead fan. There were dead roaches in the bathroom and live roaches running everywhere. I had to beg for toilet paper. I had to go get my own towels which with covid-19 I can understand there was no housekeeping. But I am handicapped and I should not have had to go downstairs to get my own towels and toilet paper when it could have been left by my door. the place was filled with drug addicts and there was a smell of marijuana everywhere on every floor. I had my two children with me and they were scared to even go out the door. It was a horrible, overpaid, experience. I'm very disappointed.

  : The staff was very friendly
  : Cock roaches and someone, other side of my bed wall, alarm was going off for over a half hour as I was trying to sleep. Had to call the staff to have them turn it off. Also no comforter on the bed

Disappointing

  : It was a place to stay.
  : What I was charged by booking.com was different than what the hotel charged me. They charged an extra $50. When I called to inquire they told me it was a deposit that would be refunded within 7-10 days, but it has been over that and is not refunded. When I called to ask why, she said I needed to talk to the manager, but the manager has yet to be there the three times I have called since. The hotel was pretty old, and definitely did not feel safe on top of the care they have given it. We do not plan to use it anymore to host families in transition periods.
