  : It has left much to be desired. I cannot say that there was anything I liked after the first incident with the nasty room I was fist given. It left a sour taste in my mouth even when I had to demand a better room I could no longer like the facility.I don’t care that I eventually got a better room I am posting what they gave me in the beginning. I only got a better room because I complained.
  : What they advertised as a standard room is not what I got. The room assigned to me was nasty and not clean. The sheets were dirty as well as the towels, the doors, the walls, the curtains were barely hanging on and the bathroom had mold and had not been cleaned in months. When I called the front desk to complain he quickly told me I could get a refund or another room I let him know I had to see the other room before agreeing to anything, that’s when he came upstairs and took me to a different room that should have been the standard room in the first place. He let me know this room was an upgraded room and was extra, I told him I will not be paying him anything more to which he replied that he’ll only upgrade me for free of charge if I deleted the pictures of the other room and I had to show him my phone that they were deleted before he gave me a room key to this clean room. I had already sent them to a friend when I first got there so I asked her to send me back the pictures and the video I made.They have residents that live on the property in the back, so it was a bit noisy with the kids as well as the loud music from their cars in the evening around the back where I was. People arguing and slamming doors. Overall it was not a good experience.

  : Dirty floors, shower, dirty towels, covers, sheets, sink, toilet. 1 towel per person, 1 bath cloth person. Cold water. Bad area other than restaurants around property. Will not be staying again.
