  : There was people doing drugs all over the place. I seen a fist fight and the cops come get someone with in the first ten minutes of my stay. The location is horrible and the staff are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
  : I didnt like how the property was managed or maintained. I booked ahead of time for a month and it was no where near what the pictures showed. I never got my room cleaned and I asked for a roll of toilet paper two days before the end of my stay and they said that wasnt possible after paying over two thousand dollars for my stay. All and all, everything could and shouldve been better!

  : Me using my cane was making to much noise and I also have to do physical therapy..... Then my dates gotten cancelled when it was still available but I gotten changed more so make me feel horrible... I couldn't use my booking points or nothing....

  : literally the trashiest place I have ever visited - people tell you not to visit for a reason
  : literally everything including the staff - the receptionist informed me that if I showed up while I still had one minute left of my check-in time she wouldnt check me in because I should have gotten there as soon as check-in opened and she needed time to close down for the day even though the lobby was supposed to be open for another hour after my check-in. DO NOT VISIT.

  : The only thing I like it was in the city close to my job. Atlantic Station is walking distance and there are a lot of fast food in the area. The wifi is so easy to set up and use. Just have to call the number on the paper they give you.
  : If you have a luxury car with dark tints make sure you roll down your windows because mines got broken into on the first night I was there. Another thing as well is the bugs are crazy out there I was getting eating up all through the night in my sleep no not bed bugs just bugs overall. Lack of staff soil you work in the morning like I and not there to catch anyone to bring you clean linens just forget about. Just wait until your day off to do so. Just don't get your hopes if they say they don't have any ready for you. They do have a laundry room but you still have to pay to wash and dry your clothes on top of already paying for the room. There are a lot of another little things they don't tell you until you ask about it.

  : The only positive thing I can say is that the caretaker with the dreadlocks was extremely kind and helpful to us
  : They cancelled my booking after I tried to speak emailing and calling multiple times about the fact I that I had family obligations so I had to check in a day late only to find that my booking was cancelled and it wasn't possible to book unless I paid a full weeks stay as if I was booking on the spot making me pay 200+ extraThe staff member at check in also showed zero compassion and denied helping me when I asked.This place was by far my biggest stress on an already stressful first visit to the US.
