: Only positive thing was the beautiful location.
: We were told they had no booking on our name. Even though we requested our different check-in time on booking after getting a booking confirmation, so this sounded very weird to us. Somebody else had miraculously not showed up, so turned out they had a cottage available. Sounds like they just messed up their own planning. The cottage was old an only partially clean. We were with three people and only 2 towels were provided. These towels had two big holes in them. Airconditioning made a lot of noise and was blowing straight on the bed. This airconditioning was only in one of the rooms, so the second rooms was boiling hot.The window shutter was broken and we had a lot of light in the room. There was no wifi and no mention of this in advance. Fair to say we paid a lot of money for a very unpleasant experience.

: Loved the setting: On the river, adjacent to a nice marina, convenient for my work. The room was a clean, somewhat modernized facility right out of the 1950s that had (almost) everything you need, and nothing you don't...NO frills!
: Internet didn't work. LOUD traffic noise from the steel-grate bridge close by. NO one was in the office for checkin/out; left the key under the doormat! I called; was told my fee would be lowered due to no internet; it was NOT. NO breakfast.

: Made this reservation through Booking, and received a confirmation number. I then received a message from the motel that my late check in was approved. When we arrived at 9pm, the check in office was closed, and nobody answered the 2 phone numbers posted on the office door. We called repeatedly and never got and answer, and also never got into our room. We had to book another room 30 miles away. Absolutely incredibly unprofessional in every way.
