  : The hotel was clean and the bed was decent. Though we paid for a room with Queen beds and given a room with Full size beds.
  : We were given a hearing impaired room on the lobby level. The room was so noisy because we were located in the middle of the fitness room, swimming pool, and guests laughing and playing billiards in the lobby. In addition and the most bothersome was the guest in the adjoining room who sang so loud that we could not sleep. The manager asked him to be quiet but he continued to sing till 1:30 AM! Then we were startled awake when he began banging on the adjoining door at 2:30 AM. In the morning, I told the management about the happenings and that it was the worst sleep that we’ve had staying at a hotel. She said that she’d see what they could do to refund the money and that she would call but has not.

  : The property was clean and convenient to the Parkway
  : I was very disappointed to book through Booking.com only to find out on site that there was a $75 pet fee. Had I known this when booking I would have chosen The Monte Vista Hotel, where there isn’t a pet fee. I have never had issues with this site before, but this gave me pause and the front desk wasn’t very understanding upon check in

  : The staff was very nice and very efficient.
  : The pillows were not comfortable.There was hair on the bathroom counter and hand prints and palm prints on the bathroom shower door. The floor was sticky when walked on.

  : Pet fee is outrageous! I was told there was no pet fee when I made my reservation. When I arrived and registered at the front desk, I was told pet fee is $75! I have never paid more than $25. Also, it is unsanitary to squeeze soap from a bottle in the bathroom even if it is wiped down by housekeeping. And very little soap is dispensed when squeezed. The tiny individually wrapped soaps are sanitary. No closet and finally found 2 wrapped cups in the bathroom to use for water. Breakfast setting is unappealing in what feels like a laboratory display.
