  : The blinds were broken in the bathroom you could be seen while using the toilet and showering. The bed was broken and staff would not answer phones when called about the issues.

  : Asheville river cabins are what all cabins supposed to be. The location was amazing with a stunning view and a flowing river in which you could swim in. The cabins themselves were clean with all of the equipment you would need, including charcoal, firewood, grill, jacuzzi, and even a sauna you could use. The staff were outstandingly nice and helpful. Overall a good experience, and everything that you imagine a cabin rental to be.
  : There wasn’t any lighting outside once it got dark and you could barely see where you were going. Plus, the ac was looking directly at the bed so I was blasted with air the whole night. However, none of these are enough to make this stay a bad one, so I did not really mind any of them.

  : I love the location. You are about 15 minutes from everything. Which made this trip easy for us. It is behind a neighborhood, so it's quiet all the time. When we stayed there weren't many people there, so that could also contribute. Check in is easy and contactless. You do everything through an app and have a phone number they give you on the second day when they check in with you. We saw geese and they left enough of the grass to see wild flowers. When you stay here nature is all around you. The hot tub was great. Stayed hot, had no smell and we had no ill effects from it. The t.v. had enough for us to enjoy our downtime in the evening. You can log into your different streaming services or watch local t.v. They provide two towels, two wash clothes, one towel to put down on the floor and one bathroom rug. They also provide a small Palmolive dish soap for us to wash the cups, bowls plates, pots and pans provided.
  : When we arrived to cabin 208 it smelled like wet dog. We sent a text to the managing phone number and maintenance showed up about 10 minutes later (which is great!) but the answer was, "The last people probably had a dog" I answered with, "Yeah, but once you guys clean the smell should be gone" After that maintenance was just sorry the smell was annoying. There was no offer to come in and clean again, no offer to move to another cabin. We were not able to sleep the first night because the bedroom section was hot. Even after opening windows. At first maintenance offered a box fan to try and get the cooler air into the bedroom section. We took it and then were offered a window unit. I figured out what the smell in the cabin was: the kitchen area was not clean. When I pulled out bowls, pan, etc. they still had food on them. When I looked at the top section of the very cute refrigerator, something was smeared on it. I cleaned it up and the other food left there and the smell went away. I informed management and they apologized, but did not offer any money back for having to clean portions of the cabin. We ran out of toilet paper and went up to the office area. No one was around. These two things really ruined it for me. We probably won't come back.

  : The molding around the door fell and hit my son in the head so that’s was the only bad thing but everything else was amazing.

  : You pay for the river view, that was worth it. The Airstream had bathroom floor leaks,, floors need to be replaced, shades not all operating, TV's all went on with remote -3 of them! Not as clean as it could have been. Also location was too close to public access to river, lots of people on Saturday night came out of tubing on river drunk needed ubers!

  : Proximity to the river. The cabin we stayed in was great! Staff was fantastic.
  : Would love to have had access to clothes washing facilities. A little expensive for 3 nights but it was a holiday weekend.
