  : Just a very outdated room. Which I expected due to the location. Couldn't walk barefoot on the floor without picking up a lot of dirt.

  : The manager was affable and a joy to interact with. The room was spacious but under furnished. I wish I could say more, but this really is the end of the good things to say about this facility.
  : The real big issue is that the unit I rented had a hot tub but the hot water to the building was not working. Additionally, previous reviews stated this issue from month before my stay and still was not fixed. The pool was green and unusable. The parking lot was a mess with the fencing separating the adjacent neighborhood to the parking lot was down. I saw people from the neighborhood cutting through the parking lot right past my car and room contently. The room felt dirty with strange hairs in the bathtub that I had to clean myself. I paid $130 per night and it was a total rip off. I generally felt dirty after being at this facility. Deferred maintenance is rife in this property and I won't be renting here again as it is clear that the building is waiting to be demolished.
