  : the rook was filthy. it’s as if no one cleaned it after the guest before us stayed in here. the room is really worn down. I have stayed here for years and haven’t been here in maybe 2 years and it has really gone down

  : Great location and close to all the venues I planned on attending. Courteous staff and the facilities were nice and clean. Loved that there was a store on property so I could stop by at the end of the night and pick up necessities.

  : Good location if you are going to Disneyland. There is a bus stop for going to and coming back from Disney. Staff was friendly.
  : Did not receive room service. We had the trash there for four days. Was expecting new towels and trash to be taken, but no one ever showed up.

  : We really liked the pool and hot tub. The staff were all friendly. And the location was great. The beds were soft. I liked the extra shelving and the hangers that we were able to use.
  : The room had poor ventilation (window only opened a crack, and the bathroom exhaust fan was weak), and the materials had a chemical smell that constantly off-gassed and made it unpleasant whenever we entered. It was stuffy. The bathroom doors did not have a lock. I wish the room had a mini-fridge. I wish the hot tub and pool were open until 10pm instead of closing at 9pm.
