  : Always a great breakfast. The dining area is comfortable with optional patio seating. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Grounds outside are beautifully landscaped with colorful annuals.
  : The hotel room is looking tired. We have been loyal guests since the hotel was opened approximately 10-12 years ago. The fold-out couch fabric was stained. Our in-room phone and T.V. needed a service call. (the TV was not broken, we needed help getting the correct inputs for basic cable channels). The building super was helpful and polite and would NOT accept our tip! The sheet on our bed had a yellow stain. We needed a blanket for the fold-out bed which was badly torn upon delivery. These minor problems did not impact or pleasant stay.
