  : It was dirty. No towels on the room We had to go find front desk person. To get some and then the towels had holes in them. pool not operative made the whole property smell musty. couldn’t find staff to find out why we had zero water pressure in our room Dead bugs on the floor. Air conditioner knobs did not work
