  : The housekeepers have access to the room even without permission of the guest/s. There was an incident that I was just coming out of the bathroom when the housekeeper knocked on the door. Then I hadn't answered, yet in just a blink of the eye, she had already opened the door. There's no safety, honestly. Their housekeepers rule so much differently than other hotels we have experienced. They don't have a security/safe box where we can put our important belongings. Their breakfast wasn't complete than what supposed to be, when one of the guest asked why there wasn't scrambled eggs that were supposed to be, the kitchen staff answered she doesn't know how to cook scrambled eggs (what an answer lol) but we didn't complain since its just a complementary but why she became kitchen staff if she can't even know how to cook scrambled egg. Well, there were sausages and waffles and other breakfast choices..
