  : FRIENDLY STAFF, convenient location even extended my stay but did have an incident at check in that did make me feel like i was being an inconvenience.
  : There was an issue with the first three rooms we were given, no running water in any of those rooms, but finally the last room we were given had running water, but my family and i had to run around from room to room with all of our belongings until we could get a functional room. the front desk would not answer the phone when i tried to call to report the room had no water so we had to go back down stairs with all of our belonging each time to report the issue with the water.We were never offered any compensation for the inconvenience and i feel that it could have warranted something.
