  : Staff was kind and even called day of to confirm what time I would arrive and turned heat on in our room prior to that to ensure it was nice and warm. Room was tidy and well maintained, nothing fancy - but exactly what we expected. Linens were high quality and pillows were full and comfy.

  : As we were checking in the man at the desk kept telling us that the stay was non refundable. Once we got to the room the smell was overpowering. It was like someone was smoking in the room and they used cheap air freshener to try to take the smell away. We decided that we could not possibly stay but since we were coming off the beach we figured we’d shower and leave. The towels were incredibly thin and dingy. We went to the car to get our beach towels to shower. We were there approximately 30 minutes and could not wait to leave. We dropped the key and as we were getting into our car the man at the desk came running over telling us that the stay was non refundable since we were there more than 15 minutes and if we had told him within 15 minutes it would have been refundable. In all my years I have never heard of the 15 minute rule. DO NO STAY HERE!
