  : Very disappointed. When I checked in I asked about the other room to make sure both reservations were as they should be. Guess what, there was no other room! Even though I had all the paperwork from Booking.com showing my reservations, the hotel said that you had never send the information for the second room. Then they said that the second room showed to have been canceled 4 days after it had been made. So I tried calling Booking .com to help me and had to deal with a ridiculous recording that asked for your booking number over and over and over. It was a nightmare and really made a huge mess of the whole weekend.
  : I gave my room to my workers and had to find another place to stay. Then the room leaked all night from the rain(on top floor). The manager has okayed a refund and I hope this happens

  : No ice available. There was no community ice machine, nor was there ice, or a working ice maker in the refrigerator in the room.

  : Rooms weren’t available upon arrival due to booking.com We had to pay to get a room through candewood Rooms weren’t ready til 6pm Pool was very small and overcrowded One of ours rooms smelt like mildew
