  : The tennis courts were nice and lighted. The beach was wonderful but that’s true of anything along the coast in Destin.
  : The refrigerator door was broken and so was a balcony door and 2 lamps. Interior bedroom and bathroom Doors did not close well. Furniture is worn and abused. Mold in both bathrooms and dirty grout present. The building is worn and showing its age. Premium prices for a lackluster and noisy facility.

  : Easy check in process. Convenient location. Liked the gated entrance. Great views.
  : The condo wasn't clean. Top of refrigerator was extremely dirty. Laundry/pantry door wasn't on hinges. Ice maker didn't work in bar area. Just needs maintenance and a good cleaning!!!

  : It was cockroach infested and dirty. The property was also worn out. The seats you couldn’t even sit in without sinking to the floor. The refrigerator in the kitchen had tongs in it to keep from opening it up because it was broken. The refrigerator in the dining area had cockroaches crawling behind it and up the wall. Cockroaches were in every room of the property including the cabinets, drawers and shelves of the kitchen area. Drawer in the bathroom was broken and even fell out on my leg in the short time we were there. Multiple management could not find appropriate resolution or another unit for us to stay in even with the parking lot less than half full. Even after having this booked in July spent part of a night up until early morning finding and moving to another location. Really sad to think people feel this is an acceptable place to stay for anyone. Sad. Also, zero compensation for our trouble and was told that Palametto bugs were all over Florida. PS Could only load a couple pics on your website but there were plenty more with the cockroaches.

  : The location and beach there is perfect.We liked the gate, the parking area and that they had security outside.
  : The unit where we stayed needs updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. The upholstered furniture in the living room was dirty and old.BUT the biggest issue was the awful noises the king bed in the master bedroom made when you moved. You couldn't turn over without waking up yourself and your partner from the crunching sounds.We notified VACASA, and they were really wonderful about helping us. They sent 2 different maintenance guys to check it out for us. And the next day they sent new box springs. The delivery guy changed that out and tightened the frame. It was fixed then. Unfortunately we had already lost 2 nights of sleep. Again though VACASA gave us an price adjustment for those nights.

  : Location and view were excellent! Quiet building and friendly staff.
  : Our bed kept falling off the rail. It was easy to fix each time but a hassle. Needs new bed rails for sure. There was also a crack all the way through the main area of the condo, which made me nervous.

  : Room was very outdated and furniture is old run down shower curtains had mold but they replaced one of them had mold on ceiling in living rooms I have pictures. Just not what I expected

  : The property was gorgeous, as well as being beach front.
  : Although we had two ice makers, neither of them worked. Also we were there during a storm and the rain consistently leaked in the sliding glass doors. I spent two days of my vacation trying to dry out the carpet with a hair blow dryer. Our place was filled with so much humidity, we often couldn’t see out the windows.
