  : The View of the mountain and location.
  : Where do I begin??? First off, when I booked the property I thought I was booking room 411, which looks very different than 411C. Not until I hit, “book” did the reservation show me 411C and very different pictures/ accommodations than 411. We arrived at the property and realized there was no dedicated parking for 411C, only 411. We were told to park offsite at the Alpine lot- none of which was communicated ahead of time. When we got in the room we were amazed by the wonderful views, but our excitement stopped there. The room was very tired and worn. The main bed had decorative pillow cases on the pillows that were stained and looked like they hadn’t been washed in a decade. The down comforter had no duvet cover and was kind of gross. When it was time to make up the foldout couch thing (not sure what it was) I pulled out the mattress only to discover it was stained and filthy from lots of use. Then, there were no sheets to put on the bed! The Vacasa staff finally delivered sheets a couple hours later. Last but not least, the walls are paper thin and we had to listen to a group of young guys partying into the wee hours of the night. This place could be so much more!! This room is probably better suited to a group of college kids looking for a place to crash close to the mountain than a family.

  : This was a great location in Copper if you are here to ski. Right across from the east village lift, and such a cool view of the mountain from the living room. I would absolutely stay again.
  : A little better communication of how to access the property and the available amenities would have been great. We didn’t know there was an electronic lock on the door and this was never communicated. After a call to Vacasa it was simple, but kind of annoying.
